Hotel booking service Easytobook offers up their website in 8 different languages (including Japanese!), which can help quite a few travelers. Of course, more important is the telephone customer service you can reach with a toll-free number from either the UK (0800-0075120) or U.S.A. (1-800-6069452).
The website is growing, and currently you can book plenty of hotels in Amsterdam, Barcelona, and Rome. They're soon adding more hotels for London, Dublin, and perennial tourist favorite New York.

The site offers ratings from former hotel guests right on the site as well, so if you're stuck with what to pick, you can read through those.
Hotel selections available
On Easytobook, the number of hotels is so far limited but growing. However, most of the hotels are definitely of a high caliber and look very inviting. I'm thinking about booking into the Westin Excelsior in Rome together with my wife at some point, it looks very cozy.
