Classic Margarita

Deservedly one of the most famous cocktails of all time, the Classic Margarita goes down smooth. Here's how to make it:

Take a short glass. Wet the rim with lime juice. Put the glass upside down in coarse salt so salt clings to the rim. In a cocktail shaker combine:

• 1-1/2 oz silver Tequila
• 3/4 oz Triple Sec
• 3/4 oz lime juice
• Ice to fill

Shake and strain into the salt-rimmed glass and garnish with the lime slice.
