The Apartheid Museum, Johannesburg

The Apartheid Museum is located about 5km from the South City Center in Johannesburg, South Africa. Being close to Gold Reef Casino, this museum is 6000 sq meters in size, has 22 exhibition areas and displays the post apartheid 70s and 80s era of South Africa. Police bullets, marching, comrades, canisters and war situations can be spotted here.

The Apartheid Museum also has an open exhibition area and hosts temporary exhibitions time to time. Admission cost is kept at R40 for adults and R25 for children, students and seniors. Coffee shop, audio guide and book shop are additional facilities available here. This museum is open from 10 am to 5 pm except Monday and public holidays.
