International photography contest

Four photographers are chosen from 148,203 images submitted to the International Photography Contest..

English language winners

Four photographers are chosen from over 24,000 images submitted to
the English Language portion of the International Photography Contest.

Other categories

Honorable mentions and other selections are found in the following categories: Animals, People, and Landscape.

The competition is open to residents in United States and the District of Columbia, United Kingdom, Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), Australia and New Zealand and you can find the other requirements on the National Geographic rules page.
