Win a weekend break with Radisson Blu

Fancy a weekend break for two in Milan, Madrid, Berlin, Helsinki or Hamburg? Radisson Blu is currently running a competition, due to end 3 January 2011, that'll get you just that, should you win it. The competition is a geography quiz, and if you manage to get all three questions right, you're entered into the draw.

Besides the top weekend break prize, one each week of the competition, there are also 1,000 gift cards to be won. There are 820  €20 Radisson Blu gift cards, 120 worth €50 each, and another 20 worth €100 each. So, all in all, there are 1,005 prizes up for grabs, meaning your chances to win something are pretty good.

As I mentioned, there's one weekend break prize each week, as follows:

  • Week 1 – prize draw December 7th – weekend stay in Milan
  • Week 2 – prize draw December 14th – weekend stay in Berlin
  • Week 3 – prize draw December 21st – weekend stay in Helsinki
  • Week 4 – prize draw December 28th – weekend stay in Madrid
  • Week 5 – prize draw January 3rd – weekend stay in Hamburg

Now onto some of the nitty gritty. You can enter the competition if you're living in the EU or EEA and are over 18 years old. Though strangely, if you're living in Sweden, you're out of luck as you can't take part and win! A little unfortunate, and I'm happy I'm now living in England and can enter, because I'd rather enjoy a break to Madrid. Or for that matter, any of the other destinations.

Note that flights are not included in the prize, and you can't give your hotel nights away. However, if you win, you have two years to use the free nights, so you'll have plenty of time to find some good cheap flights with one of the budget airlines.

As I got wind of this, the first draw has already happened, and I can no longer win the Milan prize. I'm in it for the rest though, and just wish I could have let everyone know about this competition earlier.

Now get over the Radisson Blue Quiz to have a chance to win!
